Refund & Returns Policy

We want our customers to shop with confidence. This Refund & Returns Policy explains when returns, exchanges, and refunds may be accepted.

1. General rule

Due to the nature of many motherhood, postpartum, baby, and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, or items opened after delivery, unless otherwise stated.

2. Items eligible for return, exchange, or refund

We may accept a return, exchange, or refund where:

  • The wrong item was sent
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The item is materially different from what was ordered
  • An item was missing from the order

To request a return, exchange, or refund, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving the item and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue
  • A brief explanation of the problem

3. Non-returnable items

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following are generally non-returnable unless faulty or wrongly supplied:

  • Opened personal care products
  • Opened postpartum care products
  • Opened baby care products
  • Consumables or ingestible products
  • Items with broken seals or tampered packaging
  • Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items, unless defective

4. Condition for approved returns

If a return is approved, the item must generally be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened, where applicable
  • In original packaging
  • In resaleable condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions, unless the issue relates to a defect or incorrect fulfilment.

5. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the refund will usually be processed by bank transfer or another appropriate method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the circumstances.

6. Exchanges

Where appropriate, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund, especially for damaged, defective, or wrongly supplied items.

7. Delivery fees

Delivery fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as sending the wrong item or sending a defective item.
