Payment, Delivery & Self-Collection Policy

This Policy explains how payment, delivery, and self-collection work for orders placed with Lunelle Maison.
1. Payment methods
We currently accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank Transfer
We do not process orders until the order has been confirmed by us. For bank transfer orders, proof of payment may be required before the order is prepared or released.
2. Bank transfer
For bank transfer orders:
- Payment must be made using the bank details provided by us
- Customers may be required to send proof of payment
- Orders may only be processed after payment has been verified
If payment is not received within the timeframe communicated by us, we may cancel the order without further obligation.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
For COD orders:
- COD is only available for eligible delivery locations determined by us
- The customer must ensure someone is available to receive the order
- Full payment must be made at the time of delivery
If a customer repeatedly refuses or fails to complete COD payment, we may refuse future COD orders.
4. Delivery
Delivery timing is an estimate only and may vary depending on location, traffic, weather, public holidays, courier schedules, and other operational factors.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and a reachable contact number. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect information or customer unavailability.
Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
5. Self-collection
Self-collection is available at:

Customers should wait for confirmation from us before coming to collect their order.
Orders collected by the customer or the customer's representative will be treated as fulfilled once handed over.
6. Collection timeframe
If an order is prepared for self-collection, it should be collected within the timeframe communicated by us. If it is not collected within a reasonable time and we are unable to reach the customer, we reserve the right to cancel the order or release the reserved stock.
7. Inspection upon receipt
Customers should check their items upon delivery or collection. Any issue involving wrong items, missing items, damage, or defects should be reported to us as soon as reasonably possible, and in any case within the period stated in our Refund & Returns Policy.
